iqai - I don't know what is going to happen but this company has too much going for it to be at the current level
com - restaurant chain, pre lock down it had a good sum of cash, very low mcap, recovery or takeover.

yes and no
i think 8.75 is a very good price.
lets assume we get an rns saying placement at 5p to raise £750,000.
the rns will probably glam up the reason for the placing, the market will know that iqai is funded and this could fund enough of a lead in time for its products to start to generate income.
The market is relieved and off the sp goes.
There may be a dip but iqai's shares are in very sticky hands and the likes of me and Nolupus I suspect would not sell.

I think that this is tb's trick
he needs to get a placing or cln away at a low price so either placees or he benefits.
he can justify the low placing or cln price because he will say its say 25% below the average sp for the last month.
this is what happened at rms.
I cant see that the company does not need an injection of money and tb has created a perfect sp for people to get in very cheap.
Once the money is in the sp will be released.
As Nolupus pointed out tb has nearly 30% skin in iqai, it is unlikely that he will want to dilute his holding and if he does it will be minimal
I think the only way the sp will be moved forward is to get this funding out of the way.

I think now I know what type of person is running the company I feel that he will come out of iqai with a bigger bank balance than he has now and I will try and shadow whatever tb does
