this was from a release dated 9 March in relation to the recent placing

When i saw it I thought exactly the same.
Monitored the copl board afterwards, non of the experienced members seemed to be concerned, the sp did not flinch.
Who knows. Are more shares needed in the market to pass over to Atomic? or were the shares for Atomic going to be generated direct by copl.
