I sent an inquiry asking when the reports are updated.
They replied saying
Our rules state that the monthly reports are due "on or before the last calendar day of the month succeeding the month covered by the report". So the report for November production is due on or before December 31. However, the BLM allows operators 45 days to report on Federal wells .
They also mentioned that when the operator sends in the data it is quite possible that the report will be updated on the same day.

If AM is playing games with releasing information then the data from SWP may well be delayed

Like lots here i thought the risk was whether the Atomic deal would complete. Once it was I thought we would be home and dry.
I suspect that a lot of us have invested in companies which aren't producing anything in terms of product or income but have a mega high MC based on hope/potential.
Imo we have a crazy low MC, we are producing product and income and have huge proven reserves.
Although AM may infuriate us I am sure he has a plan and we have to trust him.
AM and employees have options to buy in @ 35p. As the sp hurts us is also hurts AM.
I think TreeFern is right hold tight and see what unfolds

I have had communication with John over a long period of time and have found the information he provides to be very useful and insightful. I would be an awful lot richer if I had acted on his posts
Imo John's posts are a positive to the BB and I would not dismiss what he says out of hand

Assuming a pumpjack will be used for this well and all goes well are we looking at circa 2 weeks before production starts?

Prior to receivership the senior lender was looking for buyers with a deadline at the end of October. Clearly nothing attractive was on offer hence the receivership.
"The Company and the Senior Facility lender have agreed to engage a sales advisor by August 9, 2021
to pursue a sales process, including the opening of an online data room by August 27, 2021.
Additionally, the Company shall execute one or more non-binding letters of intent by September 30,
2021 and a binding offer to purchase by October 31, 2021."
So as part of the sale process has been gone through hopefully the receivers job will be helped by the previous exercise in terms of them knowing what was on the table.
With regard to news I think anything on Cuda may be weeks away as the receivers will have their process to go through.
Next news surely update on production and fed deep hopefully by mid December.

Below £20m I would be comfortable with plus options to the senior lenders to help them recover some of their losses but at a higher buy in price to current sp may be circa 50p if AM can convince them that in circa 1 year the SP will be much higher.
