The disconnect is amazing.
I thought it was lack of trust in AM but his recent buy in and the issuing of options I would have that that this element would now be put to bed.

My take on the options is yes further dilution not a good thing but the bigger picture is I think he is saying a big thank you to the people around him.
With these options
All the people on the list could all become millionaires if some of them are not already.
They offer a certain amount of protection against an unwanted takeover
Yes it would have been nice if the take up price was higher but atm they are not ridiculously cheap and perhaps this price gives another floor for the sp

If somebody wanted to start building a stake between the price range we have been in for the last 3 months would you have any thoughts on how many shares they could have accumulated without giving rise to a tr1.

If the sp moves higher can you imagine what will happen to the sp if we get an rna about AM and the gang taking up their options at 35p

After a December bashing if anyone is up for it.
I have been concentrating on copl so have not looked at any other shares so I will take the starting prices as at the close on Friday to give me a chance to catch up with some shares.

Copl and me it had to happen one day but it took a bounce off around 16p to do it.
1st 1509 copl 90.76%
2nd John oex 18.75%
3rd Syn 18.68%

So Chevron has just posted a profit of $5.1 bn
They could pick up Copl without breaking stride.

Loads of positives around this company but perhaps arguably it’s greatest asset ie Art is the thing which is holding at sp down

I will not attempt to put a value on copl as a whole.
While we are waiting for the cpr, i would not be surprised if AM was in dialogue with a major, maybe passing his data over to them to let their technical experts come up with their own conclusions with a view to a JV or TO.

As far as I am aware at the moment Copl have an agreement with FTI that Copl will receive Cuda's 27% revenue until Cuda is sold

Obviously very happy it was released but why at this time?
General thought were that his focus is on buying Cuda as cheaply as possible. So if he wanted to shoot himself in the foot issue an rns which increases the value of the company you are trying to acquire.
On the face of it it does not make sense.
AM is a cunning fox. Dailey fluctuations in the sp does not concern him so cant think it was to increase the sp. He will have a good reason to release it which I think will become apparent in the near future.
Potentially he has been in discussions with a big fish which may involve a JV, the big fish taking Cuda's interest unopposed by Copl.
I think whatever the reason was will be revealed soon
