I see others shares in the covid market and the mcaps applied to them.
I understand the dilution come 5th November.
My rough thoughts are the market expects the transfer to go through and this is reflected in the share price as is the 1.6b shares which will be in issue on 5th.
At the moment the mcap based on 1.6b shares is circa 50m which I think is a comfortable value.
Come the 5th when RMS owns P2F it will be a positive action for the market and I think the share price will increase because there will be no doubt about the ownership

1 I think the share price will stabilise at around 4.5
2 My calculations, I already think the market has already factored in the additional shares into the mcap. I think the new BOD will issue an RNS about orders/deals and the share price will bounce to around 5 to 6. Possibly more depending on the news.
3 Next rise will happen when new machinery arrive and another RNS. depending on the RNS could go between 7 and 8
4,5,6 Agree the price will increase on news. Relative short term i think an mcap of 125m is achievable say a share price of at least 8
Having said the above this is kind of limited to the uk.
Once we get licencing deals all the above is out of the window and mcap and share price will explode

I have been doing a bit of research this morning and apart from the low mcap i am finding it difficult to get too excited about the share.
I am worried that I am missing something
I have read about SFX-01 and Star and about the deal with Juvenescence.
They have 4m in the bank, circa 2.7m costs pa, no income.
Yes this company has great potential but surely the cost and wait and for phase 3 to start for either SFX and Star is a big risk.
I feel that the company will eat its cash and a placing will come along.
Any thoughts?

Just bought into cobr 2.55

A lot of the PIs who bought in for the FDA approval will be totally cheesed off with IMM and will want to see the back of it.
I think MMs will hold it at around 16.
Once the dust settles and we get longer term investors buying in then 25 to 30p

It went along the lines when you know a share and it drops for no apparent reason then it is tempting to get back in.
Imm has to explode soon surely so I think if I can get in around 10.50 I will invest more.
When i have Evgen on my watchlist I will check them out again
You mentioned Dnl a while ago and I liked them as from what I recall they are licensing there product or have approval to there product in several countries now and there sales are growing. Is this correct ?
I can’t understand why dnl’s share price hasn’t really moved any thoughts ?

Anyway cashed in a few at 3.2 today

My latest guess is 5th November. No particular logic behind it.

To get funds again to invest
When you become familiar with a share and it drops for no particular reason (Eva selling £200k)
Then you look at it and think that’s a bit of a bargain.
At this level I may buy more
