Researching thIs IPO due on aquis soon, I cannot confirm any connection to HE1, but how does it affect this share which is about to pop?

This post brought back happy memories of my Father funding a loft conversion on my recently bought bungalow [cost £12000- similar to the price of the dwelling a few years earlier], he sold -and dipped into it again, selling before it fizzled out.
My average is 19p, so not fractions of a penny, so while it is my largest holding, I see gains in the thousands rather than tens of thousands.
Also because the five years of painstaking research by the Oxford group inspires confidence in the successful outcome-to be a 100 year producer of a much needed resource.
Passing on the shares to my children is my aim, hoping they weather the climate change maelstrom facing the World.

Just as the news of the first ascent of Everest was delayed till the coronation day of our much respected and beloved Queen, could it be that our CEO is timing the announcement of total success for when England win the Euro football competition.
It will declare to the world that England leads as the very best on all fronts-----

Bought in feb, and because it remains blue topped up [modestly] today----the USA IS VIBRANT and yes the share is undervalued, it only takes one good deal to highlight this.
The AIM shares in red will be held, although the CEO of kibo is universally condemned so I may accept a loss there.
It`s a hobby with me. my race is run, and its my kids will gain if I buy right.

SCIR1s stake in HE1 means that when the news breaks you too will surge.
The CEO of HE1 has now arrived at the site [from London] and it is widely expected that he will announce a major Helium deposit on the maiden drill of a 3 drill program.
The new president may even join in as she mentioned Helium in her inaugural address, ----she sounds like a breath of fresh air for Africa.

Should read -from the Livescience site, perhaps it is just their opinion, but it is widely known that Texas Helium is exhausted.

So the high price will be maintained methinks.

I too have bought shares today, as the lithium market will grow exponentially, 5 years ago I bought Bacanora a lithium site near the US border in Mexico, where there is 90%+ lithium on the surface, it was a false dawn, but the share is now recovering, Electric vehicles are now mainstream [it is still early days], but my shares are long term holds because the fundamentals are right.

In fact they found 2.2 % Helium after 90 minutes of starting the drill, and as they are drilling all 24 hrs ---7 days a week with a larger drill they may already have found the mother lode. [if that is the correct term for a gas.]

These are the spin offs from a long established [and now turned around and in profit] company.
Poolbeg offers an investigation tool with data going back decades to aid in the interpretations- surely more attractive to a potential customer.
The other spin offs were also half developed within the failing/static companies and thus offer background info.
I suppose Poolbeg can be sold on the grey market-it is yet to be seen if it will affect this SP.

New to helium [and all] mining, my questions are: will the pipeline across mountains 40km to the road take time and money.
The site at the good road [7 hrs travel to the port of Dar el salaam], will have the cooling plant, and will take time to build but would start after proving helium is in the ground and extractable.
5 years in the planning and a quality BOD, also taking in the over subscription all leads me to remain sanguine and optimistic.

What is the competition?
Could coal be processed commercially. with no carbon footprint, whereby the planned coal mine for under the sea coal, placed on hold, could be a 300 year source of fuel and feedstuffs.

No, and another thing, 5years of study by Oxford people [ok not Cambridge, but close] do indicate something special, and we will know within weeks if there is something there, and within the year if it is World class.

From the start of 2021 we were expecting news daily, as it has not arrived the SP has sunk gradually.
No longer are the rampers signaling each fall as a buying opportunity.
WHY?
Gasification , carbon free, producing fuel and animal foodstuffs fits right in with the sustainable Earth scenario, treating rubbish as an earner rather than an expense makes business sense.
If you use coal the UK has 300 years worth available.
