I'm very surprised that markets aren't pricing more downside.

I've taken some chips of the table 156p, 158p and 162p, 164p.

I do not trust the housing secretary's underlying agenda because it's empty of business savviness, business understanding and business sense.

At the best it's a mixture of consultants costing the tax payer a small fortune.

I just can't get my head around people with zero qualifications in building or construction at the helm of a housing shortage.

We have a decent apartment in Vienna 1st District for 2 of our children at university.
