Jonny, why are you quoting the June PRN and ignoring the latest PRN released by the company which states.

"After making due enquiries, the Directors have formed a judgement that there is a reasonable expectation that the Group can secure further adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and that adequate arrangements will be in place to enable the settlement of their financial commitments, as and when they fall due.'

And goes on to say

"If it is not possible for the Directors to realise their plans, over which there is significant uncertainty, the carrying value of the assets of the Group is likely to be impaired."

And further

"Notwithstanding the above, the Directors note the material uncertainty in relation to the Group being unable to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business"

There's quite a difference between 6 and 12 months but I will humour you.

Every trade is a guess at Buy or Sell based on the quoted Bid offer prices at the time. Because they're at the exact mid point of the quoted Bid offer prices, it can't determine one way or the other, hence unknown.

Ok, you've interpreted that as being unlikely this year, fine. But the fact is the PRN says they need to raise. Do you think they'll raise on better terms when they're desperate for cash or before? In which case how can you say it won't be this year?

I look forward to hearing from Mr Rios, on the face of it seems a seasoned IT professional, so perhaps he can explain things to investors that FG is clearly struggling to do.

A bit of transparency on some of the fair questions that have been raised here could see investor confidence return.

That's a very strange viewpoint considering the set backs announced in last PRN in which they decided to migrate away from CGMiner to AxeOS. That definitely doesn't seem like a step forward to me.

FG really has backed himself into a corner with the revenue this year comment. You can't help feeling there will be another desperate roll of the dice to try and get a much needed raise, but all but the blindest of followers is seeing through it now.

The vagueness and contradictory messages between the official PRNs and the follow up media interviews is a massive red flag.

If FG had even an ounce of respect for his investors he'd clarify some of the questions that are being asked.

Anyone taking a retired financial advisor seriously that continues to recommend a share that's dropped c80% from their previous strong buy position frankly needs their head examined.
