Ok this is what’s going on , the raise was orchestrated to allow the Chinese in to buy up loads of shares whilst the sp was walked down to the dilution price . A final big buy at 9 p was needed to average the other small cumulative buys down to 12p. Tomorrow will see the start of a beautiful rise and recovery Until news of the first big contract arrives
