Zytronic Appoints Claire Smith As Interim Finance Chief As Mullan Steps Down

LONDON (Alliance News) - Zytronic PLC Tuesday said Finance Director Denis Mullan has stepped down and Claire Smith, currently finance director of the displays unit, has taken the job on an interim basis.

In a statement, the touch sensor manufacturer said Mullan, who is retiring, will stay with the the company until April 5 to assist with the handover.

Zytronic shares were up 0.8% at 176.9 pence early Tuesday.
