LONDON (Alliance News) - Advertising and marketing giant WPP PLC on Tuesday said its Cohn & Wolfe communications agency has acquired a majority stake in India-based Six Degrees PR.
Six Degrees has offices in Delhi, Bangalore and Mumbai and offers full-service public relations services. The acquisition also includes a stake in Six Degrees' Alphabet Consulting content and marketing agency.
No financial details on the acquisition were disclosed.
Shares in WPP were down 1.1% to 1,322.00 pence on Tuesday.
