LONDON (Alliance News) - Wishbone Gold, the AIM-listed precious metals exploration company, Wednesday said it had appointed Clive Hyman as chief financial officer with immediate effect, replacing Jonathan Harrison who will become a non-executive director.
Hyman is a chartered accountant with experience in quoted and unquoted companies, having worked for KPMG and founded a private equity company, the company said in a statement.
The stock last traded at 2.5 pence.
