Volution Chair Peter Hill To Step Down In March, Replacement Named

Fri, 10th Jan 2020 11:29

(Alliance News) - Volution Group PLC said Friday Non-Executive Chair Peter Hill will retire from his role with effect on March 31, to focus on his non-executive chair roles at Keller Group PLC and Petra Diamonds Ltd.

The company, which makes ventilation products, added that Non-Executive Director and Chair of the audit committee Paul Hollingworth will take on the role as non-executive chair on the same date.

Hill oversaw Volution's successful IPO in June 2014 and became the company's non-executive chair at listing, Volution said.

Meanwhile Hollingworth has served on the board of the company since its IPO in June 2014.

Hollingworth said: "On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Peter for his strong leadership and the contribution he has made as chair."

"I am very proud to have been asked to succeed Peter and I look forward to working with the board to support Volution's continued development," Hollingworth said.

Volution shares were down 0.4% in London at 234.00 pence each on Friday.
