LONDON (Alliance News) - Volex PLC Monday said Daren Morris, who has been interim chief financial officer since December 11, has been permanently appointed to the role.
"Daren has made a significant contribution to the business since joining the company as a non-executive director in January 2014. With the group's well invested, global manufacturing footprint, high quality customer base and our commitment to continuous improvement, the board has confidence that the company will deliver further profitable growth," Chairman Karen Slatford said.
Volex shares were down 0.8% at 83.82 pence Monday morning.
