ViaLogy CEO Robert Dean Resigns With Immediate Effect; Reynolds To Be Interim CEO

LONDON (Alliance News) - ViaLogy PLC Friday said that Chief Executive Robert Dean has resigned with immediate effect.

The company which is engaged in developing applications for its Quantum Resonance Interferometry technology, said that Adam Reynolds will take on the role as interim chief executive officer and executive chairman.

Chief Technology Officer Sandeep Gulati will report directly to Reynolds, it said.

ViaLogy said that Dean will receive no payment but will be entitled to his options granted to him on March 19.

Shares in the company were trading 3.5% lower Friday morning at 0.203 pence per share.
