LONDON (Alliance News) - Engineering materials group Versarien PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed aerospace sector veteran Iain Gray to its board as a non-executive director.
Gray is the former engineering director at Airbus SA, the French aerospace giant, and prior to this worked for British Aerospace, which later became BAE Systems PLC.
He is also the former chief executive of Innovate UK, the UK government agency which provides grants to technology companies to back innovative designs.
Versarien shares were untraded on Wednesday, having last traded at 12.51 pence.
