LONDON (Alliance News) - Vela Technologies PLC on Tuesday said it has acquired a 4.1% stake in AIM-listed investing company 3Legs Resources PLC.
Vela said it will pay GBP36,875 to acquire 17.5 million shares in 3Legs at an average price of 0.212 pence per share.
In January, 3Legs returned cash to investors with the plan to raise new money for an investing policy focusing on the natural resources and technology sectors.
Vela shares were untraded on Tuesday, having last traded at 0.180 pence. 3Legs shares were up 4.4% to 0.24 pence.
