Upland Resources Appoints Christopher Pitman, Dixon Wong To Board

(Alliance News) - Upland Resources Ltd on Wednesday said that it has appointed Christopher Pitman and Dixon Wong as additional non-executive directors with immediate effect.

Pitman, who has over 35 years' international upstream oil & gas experience, currently serves as director of 05 Energy Advisors Ltd and Surestream Petroleum Ltd.

Wong is a director of a number of businesses owned by Tune Group, a 12% shareholder in Upland Resources.

Shares in the oil and gas company were trading 3.8% lower at 1.83 pence each.
