LONDON (Alliance News) - StatPro Group PLC said Thursday its Chief Executive Officer Justin Wheatley successfully completed a 665,000 share sale through a placing.
The shares were placed at 165.00 pence per share.
Following the sale Wheatley currently holds 6.8 million shares, representing 10.4% of the total shares in the company.
The shares were place through an accelerated bookbuild run by Panmure Gordon (UK) Ltd.
Mark Adorian, non-executive director, bought 40,500 shares in the placing. As a result, he now holds three million shares representing 4.6% of the company's issued share capital.
Rory Curran, non-executive chairman, bought 15,000 shares. He now holds 39,689 ordinary shares.
StatPro shares closed down 2.3% at 173.00 pence.
