UPDATE: Haydale Graphene Industries fundraise raises GBP5.0 million

Haydale Graphene Industries PLC - Carmarthenshire, Wales-based technology solutions company - Raises GBP5.0 million through the placing and subscription of 1.0 billion shares at the issue price of 0.5 pence each, announced earlier in the day.

Company is also providing retail investors the opportunity to subscribe for up to 200 million retail shares at the same issue price via the bookbuild platform to raise around GBP1.0 million before expenses. Retail offer is expected to close on September 22.

Current stock price: 0.60 pence
