UPDATE: Former Belvoir Chair Sells GBP3.0 Million In Stock

(Alliance News) - Belvoir Group PLC said Friday that former chair Mike Goddard has sold GBP3.0 million in shares through an accelerated bookbuild.

Goddard has sold 2.0 million shares at a price of 150 pence per share. The shares sold reflects a 5.7% interest in Belvoir's issued share capital. finnCap acted as sole bookrunner for the placing.

Shares in the property franchise group were down 7.8% at 150.00 pence on Friday in London.

Goddard now holds 203,862 shares in Belvoir altogether.
