LONDON (Alliance News) - Ultrasis PLC Monday said it has secured a partnership with UK private healthcare companies BMI Healthcare and Benenden Wellbeing Ltd under which the three will offer health screening and healthcare services to Benenden members and other patients.
The venture, Benenden Health Assessment, will be delivered through a partnership with BMI Healthcare and Ultrasis's Screenetics subsidiary.
"This is the first example of the way that the new Ultrasis Group will help to shape the future of health care delivery in the UK and drive forward our strategy to become one of the UK's premier health care companies," said Ultrasis Chief Executive Officer John Smith.
Ultrasis shares were down 0.7% to 0.70 pence on Monday.
