KIEV, Aug 29 (Reuters) - Oleksiy Honcharuk, the mannominated to become Ukraine's next prime minister, said onThursday his government would start talks with the InternationalMonetary Fund over a new programme in several weeks time.
The IMF helped the economy recover from a sharp recessionand currency crash following the outbreak of the conflict ineastern Ukraine. A new IMF deal could replace an existing $3.9billion standby aid agreement.(Kiev bureau)
