May 20 (Reuters) - British house prices were flat in the 12 months to March after a 1.7% increase in the year to February, the Office for National Statistics said on Wednesday.
It marked the weakest reading since the year to April 2024.
Average UK monthly private rents increased by 3.5% in the year to April, compared with 3.4% the 12 months to March. (Reporting by Andy Bruce Editing by William Schomberg)
