UK DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Hays, Resolute Mining Execs Join Raises

Hays PLC - Non-Executive Chair Andrew Martin buys 120,000 shares at GBP0.97, worth GBP116,906, on Monday. Independent Non-Executive Director Mary Teresa Rainey buys 48,845 shares at GBP1.02, worth GBP49,627, on Tuesday. Chair Martin, Chief Executive Officer Alistair Cox and Finance Director Paul Venables also each subscribed to 35,088 shares at GBP0.95, as part of Hays's GBP200 million equity fundraise announced last week.

Resolute Mining Ltd - Issues 15.0 million shares at AUD1.10, raising AUD16.5 million, as a second tranche of its AUD195 million equity raise launched in January. Of these 14.6 million shares are bought by ICM Ltd and 400,000 by Resolute directors. CEO John Welborn takes 300,000 shares and Non-Executive Chair Martin Botha 45,455 shares. Non-executive directors Sabina Shugg and Yasmin Broughton each buy 27,273 shares. Resolute also issues 23.0 million shares, at AUD0.845, worth AUD19.4 million, to buy the royalty over the Mako gold mine in Senegal from Taurus Funds Management Pty Ltd.

Manchester & London Investment Trust PLC - Investment Manager Mark Sheppard sells 90,000 shares at GBP5.44 to GBP5.47, worth GBP491,000, on Tuesday. Sheppard had made a number of share purchases in recent weeks.

Knights Group Holdings PLC - Michael Cummins sells 22,000 shares at 359.25 on Friday last week and 22,462 shares at 344.82p on Tuesday, together with GBP156,488. Cummins is the founder of Cummins Solicitors, which Knights bought for GBP1.6 million last year, issuing 125,318 to the sellers of Cummins as part of the cash and shares deal.

Medica Group PLC - Chair Roy Davis buys 75,000 shares at 102p, worth GBP76,500, on Tuesday. Now holds 112,037 shares. Chief Executive Stuart Quin buys 39,361 shares at 101.62p, worth GBP39,997, also on Tuesday. The purchase represents Quin's only shares. Kevin Terrins, director of Business Development, buys 48,774 shares at 102p, worth GBP49,749, also on Tuesday. Now has 1.6 million shares, 1.4% of total.
