Triple Point Social Housing declares unchanged interim dividend

(Alliance News) - Triple Point Social Housing REIT PLC on Friday announced plans to maintain a flat dividend in 2024.

The London-base property investor declared an interim dividend of 1.365 pence per share for the three months ended March 31, unchanged from the previous year.

Over the three months, net asset value per share rose 0.3% to 114.15p from 113.76p at December 31, Triple Point said.

During the same period last year NAV increased 2.3% to 111.54p from 109.06p.

The company further announced its intention to keep the dividend flat targeting an aggregate dividend of 5.46 pence per share.

Triple Point Social Housing shares were down 0.6% to 60.66 pence each in London on Friday afternoon.
