LONDON (Alliance News) - Printing firm Grafenia PLC on Thursday announced a number of changes in the shareholdings of various parties in the company.
On Thursday, Scherzer & Co AG cut its stake to 7.4% from 12.5%, while on the same day Investmentaktiengesellschaft fur Langfristige Investoren TGV raised its holding to 28.3% from 23.4%.
On the day, Grafenia said Stefan Winterling reduced his holding to 5.5% from 8.5% while Axxion SA cut its interest to 6.5% from 9.5%.
Shares were untraded Thursday, having been at 13.05 pence each on Wednesday.
