Sinclair Pharma was lower after it said it will raise up to £25m in a share placing to pay for two major dermatology products as it named Christopher Spooner chief executive officer. Spooner, previously co-founder and chief executive of HealthCor Management UK, will replace Michael Flynn when he retires. Sinclair said it plans to buy the sales and worldwide commercial rights for Flammazine and Flammacerium from Solvay Pharmaceuticals for a total consideration of €17.5m. The two drugs are expected to generate global annual revenues of over £9m.Educational specialist
