Team17 Finance Head Bray Retires As Ex-Experian Executive Replaces

LONDON (Alliance News) - Team17 Group PLC said Tuesday that Chief Financial Officer Paul Bray has retired from the video games firm to be replaced by former Experian PLC finance executive Jo Jones with immediate effect.

Bray - at Team17 since 2010 - decided to stand down to "spend more time with his family". Bray will be replaced by Jones who has most recently served as finance director of service, solutions, technology & transformation at FTSE 100-listed Experian in a 10 year career at the firm.

"Firstly, let me personally thank Paul for his significant contribution to Team17 over the last eight years," Team 17 Chief Executive Officer Debbie Bestwick said. "Having supported me through the MBO [management buy-out] and more recently our successful IPO, on behalf of everyone here at Team17, we wish Paul and his family well for the future."

In May, Team17 joined the AIM market after an initial public offering at a listing price of 165.0 pence per share which valued the market capitalisation at GBP217 million. Shares in Team17 were 2.0% lower at 240.00 pence on Tuesday, valuing the firm at GBP275 million.

"Secondly, let me welcome Jo into the Team17 family, we are delighted with her appointment," Bestwick added. "She joins our business at an incredibly exciting time and we look forward to her contribution in continuing our successful journey."
