TClarke Appoints Louise Dier As Non-Executive Director From January

LONDON (Alliance News) - Building services firm TClarke PLC said Friday it appointed Louise Dier as an independent non-executive director of the company with effect from January 1.

Until recently, Dier was managing director of David Chipperfield Architects for which she project managed significant assignments, such as the redevelopment of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.

TClarke shares were trading down 0.2% at 81.31 pence each on Friday.
