LONDON (Alliance News) - Superglass Holdings PLC on Friday said it has appointed Theresa McLean as its finance director, after video security systems provider IndigoVision Group PLC said it had poached Chris Lea in March.
The insulation systems maker said McLean is currently the financial controller of its trading subsidiary Superglass Insulation Ltd, and will take over from Lea with effect from June 1.
This comes after IndigoVision announced it had appointed Superglass's Finance Director Chris Lea as its chief financial officer on March 21, following which Superglass said it was searching for a replacement.
Superglass said Lea "will be transitioning into his new role over the coming weeks, but will remain as an executive board member until the end of June 2016".
McLean will "work closely with Chris Lea to manage a transition of responsibilities and to complete a smooth handover before the end of June," Superglass said.
