Strategic Equity Capital Appoints Chairman

LONDON (Alliance News) - Strategic Equity Capital PLC Wednesday said it has appointed Richard Hills as chairman with effect from September.
Hills, who will replace John Hodson, is currently on the boards of two investment trust - JP Morgan Income & Capital PLC and Henderson Global Trust PLC.
The stock was trading at 157.38 pence Wednesday afternoon, down 0.24 or 0.2%.
