LONDON (Alliance News) - Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust Ltd Friday said it is looking to raise about GBP9 million in a cash placing with institutional investors.
In a statement, the trust said it has "a number of current opportunities" to invest the proceeds.
The placing shares have been priced at 80.25 pence peer share, a 6% premium to net assets per share of 75.6 pence at the end of March.
Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust shares were up 0.5% at 83.88p on Friday.
