LONDON (Alliance News) - Home safety products firm Sprue Aegis PLC on Friday announced the appointment of Synectics PLC Finance Director Mike Stilwell as its own finance chief.
Stilwell has served six months notice, and will join Sprue Aegis on December 3, with him leaving surveillance technology and security systems firm Synectics at the end of November.
During this period Zoe Fox, who is currently finance director of Sprue Safety Products Ltd, will act as interim finance head.
Sprue shares were 4.7% higher Friday morning at 76.45 pence each, while Synectics shares were untraded, last quoted at 222.50p.
