LONDON (Alliance News) - Monitoring and diagnostic devices company Sphere Medical Holding PLC on Thursday said it has appointed Richard Wright as its chief financial officer, with plans for him to join on August 10.
Wright is the former finance director at Alliance Pharma PLC, the AIM-listed specialty pharmaceutical company. Alliance Pharma has named Andrew Franklin as Wright's replacement.
Shares in Sphere were untraded early Thursday at 17.75 pence.
