Sophos Chief Financial Officer Appointed As Non-Exec At De La Rue

LONDON (Alliance News) - Security software firm Sophos Group PLC on Friday said its Chief Financial Officer Nick Bray has been appointed a non-executive director of De La Rue PLC.

The appointment at the banknote printing company will be effective from July 21, when De La Rue holds its annual general meeting.

Shares in Sophos closed down 0.8% at 191.45 pence, whilst shares in De La Rue closed down 2.7% at 527.50p.
