Singapore bank OCBC's first-quarter net profit rises 5% on-year

SINGAPORE, ​May ⁠8 (Reuters) - Singapore's ​second ​largest bank Oversea-Chinese ‌Banking ⁠Corp, ⁠or OCBC, ​reported on Friday a ​5% ‌rise in ​net ‌profit in the ‌first quarter from a year ​earlier, mainly ‌on growth in ⁠its ⁠wealth ‌management business.
