LONDON (Alliance News) - SigmaRoc PLC on Friday said it has issued shares as part of the deferred consideration made for an acquisition in 2017.
Construction materials firm SigmaRoc bought Poundfields Products Group Ltd for GBP10.3 million in December 2017.
It paid an initial GBP9.5 million, funded by a share placing at the time, and a deferred consideration of GBP750,000 to be paid in stock.
SigmaRoc has thus issued 2.0 million shares to the seller to satisfy the deferred part. Shares were untraded on Friday, last quoted at 41.60 pence each.
