LONDON (Alliance News) - Buy-and-build construction material company SigmaRoc PLC said Wednesday that Director Gary Drinkwater resigned from the board with immediate effect.
Drinkwater stepped down due to personal health issues, the firm explained.
Chairman David Barrett said: "We thank Gary Drinkwater for his contributions to the company since his appointment in January 2017. Gary brought valuable banking and finance experience to the board."
SigmaRoc shares were trading down 0.3% at 40.28 pence each.
