HOUSTON, June 27 (Reuters) - Shell Plc's 227,900 barrel-per-day (bpd) Norco, Louisiana refinery is scheduled to return to normal production by Thursday, said people familiar with plant operations on Tuesday.
The refinery's production was shut on Saturday following a power outage caused by a malfunction at an Entergy Corp substaiton, Shell said on Sunday. A brief fire was triggered by the power outage. No injuries were reported due to the power outage or fire. (Reporting by Erwin Seba)
