LONDON (Alliance News) - Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust PLC on Tuesday said it will issue up to 10.6 million shares at 104 pence each to raise gross proceeds of approximately GBP11.0 million.
Shares in Schroder European REIT were untraded on Tuesday morning, last quoted at 109.52 pence.
The trust said it was raising the funds to satisfy investor demand in the UK and South Africa.
