Satellite Solutions Worldwide directors step down

(ShareCast News) - Two non-executive directors of Satellite Solutions Worldwide have resigned, after helping float the company.In an announcement SSW said Tom Pridmore and Simon McGivern have stepped down having fulfilled their roles in listing the company.SSW listed on the AIM exchange in May after raising £2.3m from 50m shares.Shares in the UK based company were down by 4.19% to 4.43p at 1516 BST on Monday, after another announcement that the company had acquired French satellite broadband provider Sat2Way.SSW's acquisition of France's second largest satellite broadband provider was expected to be earnings enhancing within the current financial year.
