(Alliance News) - Sanderson Design Group PLC on Monday announces the renewal and expansion of its licensing agreement with Blinds 2go Ltd.
Sanderson Design is a Denham-based interior furnishings company. Blinds 2go is a e-commerce business selling made-to-measure blinds, curtains and shutters online.
Sanderson said the agreement covers a number of the its brands and has been expanded into an umbrella agreement focused on driving international sales.
Geographic territories in the agreement are dependent on individual brands and include the UK, Europe, Scandinavia, Japan, Australasia and the US, it noted. Products covered in the agreement include roller blinds, Roman blinds and curtains.
The company said it will recognise accelerated licensing income of GBP1.1 million in the current financial year.
Chief Executive Officer Lisa Montague said: "Blinds 2go is one of our core licensing partners and a highly successful business. We are therefore delighted to sign this three-year renewal agreement covering a number of our brands in multiple regions internationally. The target regions are dependent on brand but include the USA, a key strategic focus for the group."
