LONDON (Alliance News) - Safeland PLC on Wednesday said it repurchased 1.2 million shares, or 8.2% of its total share capital, pursuant to a tender offer.
The company will now cancel the repurchased shares from trading.
Following the cancellation of the shares from trading the firm will have 13.6 million shares in issue.
Safeland shares closed up 5.9% at 45.00 pence each.
