Robinson 2019 Results To Be Delayed As Auditors Need More Time

(Alliance News) - Robinson PLC late on Thursday reported a "small" delay in publication of its 2019 results due to additional time required by Mazars LLP to complete audit of the company's results.

"The company emphasises that the delay arises from preparing the additional disclosures required in relation to Covid-19 and the audit work Mazars is required to perform on these and not as a result of concerns relating to 2019 results," the packaging company said.

The company originally had intended to announce its audited 2019 results on Friday.

Shares in Robinson closed at 51.50 pence each on Thursday, up 6.2%.
