River & Mercantile Non-Exec Director Minter-Kemp To Retire In June

LONDON (Alliance News) - River & Mercantile Group PLC said Tuesday Non-Executive Director Robin Minter-Kemp will retire from the company on June 30, the end of the company's financial year.

River & Mercantile said a search for a successor has begun.

Shares in River & Mercantile closed down 4.3% at 224 pence each Tuesday.
