Putin says Russia received Glencore, Qatar payment for Rosneft

MOSCOW, Dec 23 (Reuters) - The Russian state budget hasreceived a payment from the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) andcommodities trader Glencore to pay for a stake in oilgiant Rosneft, President Vladimir Putin said onFriday.
