PRS REIT Appoints Jim Prower As Non-Executive Director

LONDON (Alliance News) - PRS REIT PLC on Friday said it appointed Jim Prower as non-executive director with effect from May 20.

For the major part of his career, Prower was group finance director at Argent Group PLC, a UK-based property developer, the real estate investment company explained.

He then became finance partner of Argent (Property Development) Services LLP and Argent Investments LLP, which specialise in mixed-use developments with a focus on placemaking and regeneration.

Currently he serves as senior independent director at Empiric Student Property PLC and a non-executive at AEW UK Long Lease REIT PLC.

PRS REIT shares were trading marginally down at 96.99 pence each.
