Provexis Raises GBP301,000 Through Share Placing For Working Capital

(Alliance News) - Provexis PLC on Wednesday said it has raised GBP301,333 through the placing of 75.3 million shares at 0.40 pence per share.

The placing price represents a discount of 11.1% to the closing price on Tuesday. Shares in the Reading-based heart-health focused food additive supplier were untraded at 0.45p each on Wednesday in London.

Provexis intends to use the placing proceeds for general working capital requirements.

Following admission of the placing shares, the company's share capital will be comprised of 2.06 billion shares.
