ProPhotonix Launches New Cobra Cure Product For Printing Market

LONDON (Alliance News) - LED lighting and laser diode company ProPhotonix Ltd Monday said it has launched a new product for the UV curing, printing and machine vision market.

ProPhotonix, which has operations in both Ireland and the UK, said it has launched Cobra Cure, in what it said is a major upgrade to the power and function of its Cobra Slim Series of Chip-On-Board LED lighting solutions.

"We are delighted to launch the Cobra Cure as a new product following successful deployment to a number of lead customers for use in machine vision systems, adhesive curing assembly lines and industrial scale printing applications," said Chief Executive and Chairman Tim Losik in a statement.

ProPhotonix shares were untraded Monday morning at 1.94 pence.
